Enjoy some rejuvenating self-care time and a deeply transformative weekend in the tranquil surroundings of the North Antrim Coast. Join a group of like-minded women for a wonderful weekend retreat designed to empower, nurture and soothe body, mind, and soul, as well as inspire you to relax, reset and connect deeper to yourself and others.

Perhaps you are feeling burnt out, stuck in a rut or maybe you'd like to get some clarity for your future to feel better about yourself and life. The weekend's activities and mindset workshops have been designed by our expert team to offer support, guidance, deep relaxation, and space to explore all of this as well as immerse yourself in the stunning scenery of the area in the company of other heart-centered women who are on the same vibe.


The weekend will include a range of carefully curated activities including:

Your accommodation for the weekend will be in the stunning Glenhaven farmhouse in Glenariff, just a 10 minute walk to Waterfoot Beach and a few minutes drive to the stunning Glenariff Forest Park.
