    To the waters and the wild means so much in the Causeway Coast and Glens. Get stoked for waterpark family fun, catching that wave, jumping and diving in the sea. We’ve got rivers and boats for fishing and pulsating sea safaris. Or paddle your own canoe around our magical coastline.
  2. Walking & Hiking
    The Causeway Coast and Glens is a paradise for walkers. From leisurely strolls along beaches and coastal paths to mountain treks and cross country trails, there is a route for you. Take it at your own pace. All you need is the right clothing and equipment. We’ll provide the maps.
  3. Entertainment and Activity Centres
    Whatever the weather we will keep you entertained in the Causeway Coast and Glens. From cinema to bowling, climbing frames to zip-wire, archery to hovercrafting, there’s an adventure for little kids, and bigger ones too! Good old fashioned amusements, soft play and sporting challenges serve up lots of family fun.

    Our rich history and culture has spread far and wide, though music and paintings, playwrights and poets, sporting heroes and our myths and legends.     Tourists from all over the world visit the Causeway Coast and Glens. And each would probably come up with a different list of favourite attractions and activities. With castles and beaches, forests and mountains, heritage sites and world class golf links, you can’t really blame them. What’s on your list?

    Some heroes wear capes, ours play golf. Major Champions Rory McIlroy, Darren Clarke, Graeme McDowell and Fred Daly all have links with the Causeway Coast and Glens. With nearly 20 golf clubs, including The 148th Open host Royal Portrush, there is a course for you. And there’s always the 19th!

    If horse riding is your thing we’re ready for you. From beach rides to clifftop canters, to hacking in the countryside, the Causeway Coast and Glens will not disappoint. Whether you’re experienced or a novice rider needing instruction you will with have an unforgettable experience, with views to remember forever.

    Boutique and independent shops in our towns and villages offer a different shopping experience. With artists in residence in galleries and workshops you can bag a unique piece to remember your trip. Town and seaside markets are the place to be for the freshest local food and finest local craft.

    Our natural habitat is a delight. From red squirrels to the Irish Hare and Europe’s largest seabird colonies, they’re here in the Causeway Coast and Glens. Seals and dolphins are the star attractions in the sea. And kids will love getting up close to the animals down on the farms.

Dunluce Castle and Whiterocks feature in Disney’s Artemis Fowl. Chill out at Benone Beach from The Fall or explore the Giant’s Causeway, seen in Dracula Untold.
