Visiting the Causeway Coast and Glens? Remember to call in to one of our Visitor Information Centres for great local advice and tips to get the best out of your trip as well as tickets, maps, guides and local crafts on display and for sale. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff are happy to help with your plans as well as share advice and suggestions on what to see and do during your stay. They can also help with prebooking tours, entry tickets to attractions and accommodation bookings. Here are just a few of the ways our friendly, knowledgeable staff can help with your plans:
General advice
Our Visitor Information team are a great resource to help with your plans, as they’ll provide you with the most up to date information about the local area, including the best things to do and places to see as well as what’s on in the local area. You can contact them ahead of your trip or call in to one of the centres during your stay if you’ve got questions about our attractions and activities or just to learn more about the area you’re visiting.
Accommodation booking
Organising your trip to the Causeway Coast and Glens is easy, especially if you use our Visitor Information Centre accommodation booking service. Our staff have the local knowledge and experience to be able to find the best accommodation options to suit your needs, whether you’re looking for a hotel, a B&B, a luxury glamping site, a farmstay, a quiet rural hideaway, a seaside escape or even a great dog friendly option – just ask. During the busier summer months we recommend pre-booking accommodation, so simply contact one of our Visitor Information Centres who’ll be able to assist.
Tours & attraction bookings
You can also prebook tours and entry tickets to key visitor attractions, via our Visitor Information Centres. Our staff can check availability on your behalf and book a range of tours and experiences directly with our local tour providers, including walking tours, river and sea boat tours, luxury coach tours and private car tours, foodie tours, Game of Thrones® tours, wildlife tours and much more. Tours and experiences can even be purchased as gifts for friends and relatives!
Literature, maps & guides
Our centres are stocked with literature and free information guides to many Causeway Coast and Glens visitor attractions. Other regional information is also available to assist with planning the rest of your trip. Pick up one of our free Visitor Guides – a great resource for exploring the Causeway Coast and Glens region, with lots of useful information on places to see and things to do. You can download it from our website, ahead of your next short break to the Causeway Coast and Glens or call in to one of our Visitor Centres during your stay to pick up a copy.

Whether you’re picking up a gift for friends and family back home, or you’d like to treat yourself to a nice souvenir of your visit the Causeway Coast and Glens, our Visitor Information Centres stock a wide range of locally designed and crafted items created by our talented local artisan craft and food producers. Causeway Coast and Glens Gift Cards
The Causeway Coast and Glens Gift Card can also be purchased in our Visitor Information Centres. These are a great gift option as they’re valid for 12 months and can be spent in over 200 local shops across the Causeway Coast and Glens. The cards can also be used to buy items in the Visitor Information Centres and for part or full payment towards the cost of a tour – so are a great option to gift an experience to someone too!
