Where Seaside HotBox brings exhilaration and adrenalin, Countryside HotBox brings a good natured, off-grid relaxation that every cell of your body will keep craving. Located in a secluded space nestled among the green hills and trees at Drumagosker, the Countryside HotBox is a unique way to reconnect and appreciate the great outdoors in Northern Ireland.

Take time to warm your body in a custom-made sauna and Swedish wood-fired hot tub, then empty your mind in their cold plunge and cold showers. The repetition of these hot and cold extremes, alongside the quiet of the trees and the hills beyond, will calm your mind and season your spirit.

It’s easy. Grab some friends, pick a date, choose Hotbox Seaside or Countryside and book a private session just for you!
Or if you feel the need for some urgent heat, just book into one of our shared sessions at Benone.
For larger groups (over 8 people) or anyone wanting to host a special event, please email them - that way they can tailor a session to your individual needs.
