A stunning three bedroomed property set in a designated area of outstanding beauty overlooking Lough Foyle and the Donegal Hills with uninterrupted views of the Sperrin Mountains.

Designed by award winning architects the contemporary styled house has three double/twin bedrooms and three bathrooms over two floors. The master bedroom has a four poster bed and en-suite.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living, kitchen, dining area with a cosy log burner a well equipped kitchen and utility room, all with fabulous views of the open countryside. Number 1 Barn Lane is set in private grounds with free car parking for up to three cars.

The property is within easy access of the North Antrim Coast, Benone Beach, Royal Portrush and the Giants Causeway making it a great base for a family holiday, for golf and water sports enthusiasts, Irish whisky lovers and Game of Thrones fans.

Drumagosker Rural Retreats are proud to collaborate with HotBox Retreats/ HotBox Sea Sauna. Within their tranquil and private grounds, HotBox Retreats offer a rural sauna experience, hot tub, plunge pools and drench showers for the ultimate wind down experience.
