About

HotBox Seaside

Head space, heart race at Benone Strand

Imagine the strength of the waves at Benone Strand reaching into your soul and shaking it awake. Feel the heat from the sauna being tempered by a cool blast of wind from the Atlantic Ocean. Admire the epic views of the Gortmore Cliffs and waterfalls while you rush back to the Seaside HotBox to recharge your core. Imagine the adrenaline, the excitement pumping through your veins, followed by the best, deepest sleep you’ll ever have.

Forget checking the weather, check back into your body’s innate skill at finding its own way to chill.

HotBox Countryside

Tranquility among the trees at Drumagosker.

Where Seaside HotBox brings exhilaration and adrenalin, Countryside HotBox brings a good natured, off-grid relaxation that every cell of your body will keep craving. Located in a secluded space nestled among the green hills and trees at Drumagosker, the Countryside HotBox is a unique way to reconnect and appreciate the great outdoors in Northern Ireland.

Take time to warm your body in a custom-made sauna and Swedish wood-fired hot tub, then empty your mind in their cold plunge and cold showers. The repetition of these hot and cold extremes, alongside the quiet of the trees and the hills beyond, will calm your mind and season your spirit.
