Relax at this large detached country cottage, 2600 sq ft nestled in the quiet countryside outside Ballymoney. Sleeps 10 people very comfortably. Just 18 miles to The Open at Royal Portrush Golf Club - a short 25 minute drive.

Ballymoney train station is 6 miles away with regular trains to Portrush, Belfast, Castlerock, Londonderry/Derry, Dublin,  and Belfast.

Belfast International airport is 35 miles away.  18 miles to Portrush - 25 minute drive. 38 miles to Belfast - 45 minute drive approximately

The property has uninterrupted views of Knocklayde mountain. It has five large double sized bedrooms (one with en-suite) four bathrooms in total (three showers and one bath tub).

Three bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has a king sized bed and one bedroom has twin single beds.

Outside there is a large tarmac/concrete area to allow parking for approximately 15 vehicles and there is a 13 acre field to the side of the house for helicopter landing space etc. if required. There is also disabled ramp access to the property via the back door.

The house has a lounge and and a sunroom, kitchen/dinner, separate utility room and an outside seated patio area.  It is a fully equiped home with, wifi internet, TV's, ovens, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Nearest restaurant/bar (The Scenic Inn) and cafe/restaurant (The Woven Mill) are approximately 1 mile from the property and the nearest village (Stranocum) which has a Spar grocery shop is 3 miles away.

The property is ideally based for touring the North Coast of Northern Ireland, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty with The Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Red Rop Bridge, Bushmills Distillery, The Dark Hedges, Mussenden Temple and The Glens of Antrim all nearby.

The properry is in an area with breath taking natural scenery, with beaches numerous towns, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs all just a short drive away.
