Well appointed bungalow, in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Castlerock, which is located on the Causeway Coastal Route hosting the National Trust Site of the Mussenden Temple, Downhill Dunmesne and Hazlett House.

The bungalow has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room,good sized kitchen / dinning facility which seats 6 people. Sun room off kitchen dinning room overlooking sheltered and sunny garden, fitted with garden furniture and BBQ facilities.

Located within 400 - 500 yards, is a range of cafeterias, bar facility, hairdressing, beauty salon, supermarket, off licence, Castlerock Golf Course and Beach.

Within the same distance is Castlerock Railway Station, which is on the main Londonderry to Belfast line which includes links to Coleraine and Portrush. Local bus service also available.
