The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac with off road parking for 2 cars. There is a sea view and it is opposite a green area with a modern playpark. Wee Duff offers a front garden, south-facing, sheltered back garden with access to a lock up garage and store providing sun loungers, barbecue and storage for golf clubs, kayaks, wetsuits and body boards. The main house is bright and airy with 3 good sized bedrooms, sleeping 6 people, consisting of 2 super king beds and 1 double bed.

There is one main bathroom upstairs with a main shower and bath and the downstairs cloakroom has an electric shower and toilet.
