Wee Duff is a comfortable and modern family home in central Portballintrae offering excellent facilities to visitors.

The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac with off road parking for 2 cars. There is a sea view and it is opposite a green area with a modern playpark. Wee Duff offers a front garden, south-facing, sheltered back garden with access to a lock up garage and store providing sun loungers, barbecue and storage for golf clubs, kayaks, wetsuits and body boards. The main house is bright and airy with 3 good sized bedrooms, sleeping 6 people, consisting of 2 super king beds and 1 double bed.

The main sitting area comprises kitchen, living and dining experience with access to the garden via glass sliding doors. The house has oil fired central heating and an open fire in the TV room and a gas stove in the living room. There is one main bathroom upstairs with a main shower and bath and the downstairs cloakroom has an electric shower and toilet.
