About

Join acclaimed harpist Katy at the historic Courthouse in Bushmills for an unforgettable afternoon steeped in music, story and tradition. This hands-on workshop is a rare opportunity to explore the ancient art of Irish harping - no experience necessary.

Learn the basics of harp playing on a custom-made mini harp, and feel the thrill of joining a ten-harp ensemble to perform a traditional Irish tune.

Immerse yourself in the powerful aural tradition of Irish music, uncover its deep ties to Belfast, and hear the surprising stories behind its survival across centuries.

End the afternoon with a beautiful, intimate performance by Katy herself, playing her handcrafted Irish harp made by a local artisan.

Spaces are limited - book early to avoid disappointment.
