About

Join Trudy in the Demo Kitchen in Bistro at The Courthouse for a hands-on masterclass in traditional bread-making.

Northern Ireland is renowned for its local breadmaking skills and closely guarded recipes passed down through the generations!

Start off with a cup of locally brewed tea or a glass of Cava, and a selection of local breads and pastries from the bread board. Trudy will talk you through the story and heritage of each. Then, it's time to get the aprons on! Working in pairs, Trudy will guide you step-by-step on how to make Guinness bread, flaky buttermilk scones made with local buttermilk and butter from Chestnutt's Farm, and traditional oaties with a dash of Bushmills.

Duration 2.5 hrs.

Price £59 per person.
