About

Celebrated chef Paula McIntyre showcases the rich and traditional flavours of North Antrim cuisine in her signature down-to-earth style. Over the course of the afternoon, Paula will demonstrate four dishes from her BBC1 series 'Hamely Kitchen'.

A native of Aghadowey, County Londonderry, Paula has trained in the USA, managed her own restaurant, become a familiar face on TV and radio and is Director of 'Northern Ireland Slow Food'.

This event, part of the Hamley Ulster Scots Fayre, promises an engaging culinary experience you won't want to miss.
