Sauna & Sea are proud to have partnered with the National Trust, delivering their ‘Sauna on the Beach’ experience to Portstewart Strand.

Their aim is to promote health and wellbeing on the North Coast through the use of sauna and cold water dripping. It is their passion to encourage environmental consciousness through an appreciation of the natural world.
