Owner of Kon Tiki Boat Bar in the beautiful seaside town of Portrush on the Causeway Coast, Ashley Douglas provides cocktail making workshops with a focus on locally sourced ingredients from the abundant larder of the Causeway Coast. A professional barman, Ashley is a natural entertainer with plenty of stories, craic and banter to keep the group entertained.
Learn the methodology and techniques of cocktail making in a fun and immersive atmosphere. Guided by Ashley, with a focus on provenance and the use of local ingredients, take the opportunity to taste and examine the different flavours used. Learn how to make the perfect Irish Coffee, specially crafted with a bespoke Kon-Tiki coffee blend unique to the Causeway Coast combined with the famous Bushmills Whiskey with milk and cream from a local farm.
With exclusive access to some of the most unique venues on the Causeway Coast, this experience is also completely mobile and can be set up in a private home or venue.

With almost 10 years experience delivering interactive cocktail masterclasses Ashley is delighted to bring a fun, interactive and delicious masterclass bringing together some of the finest local ingredients to help deliver the Ultimate irish Coffee.
