About

Bushfoot Golf Club has been in existence since 1890. It has been recently ranked in the top 10 of Irish 9 hole courses with the 1st / 10th hole being nominated as the best opening hole of all these courses. It is situated in the seaside village of Protabllintrae, County Antrim, Northern Ireland.

It is a thriving club with both playing and social members enjoying good facilities over looking prime sea views at Runkerry Bay. Less than a mile from the world famous Giants Causeway, Bushfoot GC offers golfers of all abilities something to ponder during the round. It is the home of the "Causeway Coast Ladies International Golf Tournament" This is one of the largest ladies amateur tournaments played in Ireland and it happens in the first week of June annually. To compliment the course there is also a family friendly pitch & putt for beginners and young children to find their "Swing" on until they are confident to step onto the 1st tee of the main course.

This very tight course, mixing links and parkland elements, demands the peak of accuracy.

The Course was also recently voted in the Top 10 of the highest rate golf courses in Northern Ireland on irelandbeforeyoudie.com and Voted No. 36 in the Top 50 courses in the World! on golf.com
