Superb three bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment on the front row with fantastic views overlooking the bay and West Strand Beach. Accommodation comprises of two doubles and a twin room, one of the double rooms has an en suite bathroom and twin room has an LED TV with PlayStation 2.

Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Kitchen has; washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. Gas heating. Bed linen and towels included. The views shown are taken from apartment window. Great restaurants and town centre all within walking distance.

This is a no smoking apartment and no pets allowed.

Directions from Town:
Follow signs to Portrush. At Metropole roundabout (junction of Coleraine Road & Portstewart Road) take exit to Portstewart – A2. Follow this road to next roundabout (1/2 mile) and take 3rd exit towards Portstewart. Head under the railway bridge and turn right onto West Strand Road. Take 2nd left, round the 'mint' coloured block and head towards the sea front! In front is a cream block and it's the top right apartment, No 63. Parking available
