West Ave is a spacious and comfortable holiday home with large living/dining area and conservatory giving views of the sea and magnificent red sunsets in summer. The separate lounge, modern kitchen and utility area, 2 large double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and 1 twin room provide good accommodation for 6 people. It is a very short walk to the stunning coastal path leading to the famous Portstewart Strand blue flag beach as well as the promenade, children’s beach-park, shops, restaurants and friendly bars. French doors leading to the patio area, enclosed garden and barbeque area allow for easy outdoor living. Wi-Fi available.Great care has been taken to furnish the house to a high standard with all modern facilities, including 2 TVs, DVD, Playstation, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and fully equipped kitchen. Linen, towels, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Cot, highchair, stair gate and baby friendly options are all available.
We are within a few miles radius of 3 championship golf courses - Portstewart Links course and Old Course and Royal Portrush (future host of the British Open). The house makes an ideal base from which to explore the Antrim coast, the Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Bushmills Distillery and many National Trust properties. Perfect for families, golfers, surfers, walkers or if you just want to relax and enjoy a special part of Northern Ireland.
