About

A spacious and modern 4 bedroom detached house with lovely views across the sea towards Innishowen, Donegal and Portrush harbour.

Two kingsize bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one small double bedroom. Kitchen, dining and living rooms are open plan on the first floor making the most of the spectacular seaviews. There is a first-floor terrace to the front and back of the house complete with gas barbecue.

Royal Portrush Golf club and 3 golf courses in Portstewart are a few minutes’ drive. Ballyreagh golf club is right behind the house and offers golf lessons and hire of clubs for the par 3 course, pitch and putt course and putting green. The coastal path runs behind the house stretching between Portstewart and Portrush with their fabulous array of coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance. This holiday house is ideal for families, golfers, cyclists, surfers and anglers. There is plenty of storage for clubs, bikes, fishing rods or surf boards in the integral garage. There is an enclosed garden and patio area at the rear of the house. One dog is allowed (on request) on the tiled areas downstairs only.
