Garden to the rear is fully enclosed and the area to the front would allow parking for 2 - 3 cars. A spacious garage for the storage of bicycles, golf equipment etc.

The property is very close to all amenties, supermarket and fuel station 5 min walk, 2 min drive, 20 min walk to the main town for East and West Strand beaches and all the fabulous bars and restaurants.
