About

This modern detached chalet bungalow sleeps up to 12 guests and is perfect for families or golfers. Extending to almost 2000 sq ft with superb open plan living, it has 5 bedrooms and is a 20 min walk (or 4 min drive) to Portrush town centre where you'll find great restaurants, coffee shops, blue flag beaches, the Harbour and the world class Royal Portrush Golf Club.

It is a great base for exploring the North Coast including the Giant's Causeway, Bushmills Distillery, Dunluce Castle and many Game of Thrones® locations. Offers unlimited free Wifi, three TVs (freeview channels) and generous off-street parking for up to 5 cars. There is a fully enclosed rear patio/decking/seating area that captures the sun all day with an Outback gas BBQ provided. Bed linen and towels will be provided at the start of your stay with electricity and heating are included in the tariff. No stag/hen parties or young groups. Strictly no pets and no smoking.

Ground floor accommodation comprises of three bedrooms all with generous fitted wardrobes and includes the master bedroom which has a super king size bed, TV and ensuite shower room. The other two downstairs bedrooms include a king size bedroom and further double bedroom. There is a front lounge with flat screen TV and with an additional, separate open plan kitchen/dining/family living area with double height ceiling and 50" flat screen TV. This is a spacious and comfortable area particularly suited to large groups. It contains a large oak dining table for 10 persons with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need such as a microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utilities such as washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the garage. The main downstairs bathroom contains a bath and shower.
Upstairs accommodation comprises of a generous quadruple bedroom (containing two double beds), another double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.
