About

Port Pleasant is a family run holiday rental home. It is ideal for so many types of visitors....families, golfers, walkers, working tourists or those just wanting to enjoy the scenic surroundings of the North Antrim Coast.

The house is located two minutes walk from the beautiful bay of Portballintrae. You can also walk to Bushmills in 15 minutes where there are many shops and restuarants. If you fancy a bite to eat and a pint the Bayview Hotel is 2 minutes walk away. The Giant's Causeway is a stunning walk from the house along Runkerry Strand (recommended by The Times in Britain's Best Coastal Walks). For the golfer, Bushfoot Golf Course is a 10 minute walk away and Royal Portrush is a 10 minute drive. The house is also on the Causeway Rambler bus route, ideal for exploring the coast.

Everything is provided at the house, no hidden extras. All linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons you would need and even a couple of extras....a Nespresso machine and a Slow Cooker. Tea, coffee, sugar and basic condiments are all in the house for your use. The log basket and coal bucket are full and the wood burning stove will be waiting for you to light it.

The house is ideal for leisure and working tourists. There are distinct sleeping and socialising areas. With three electric showers you don't need to queue for bathrooms. If you have all just come in from jumping in the harbour or are getting ready for a day's work, you have the facilities to make that quick turnaround. Off road parking for up to 5 cars, means no hassle looking for car parking.

The house is great for get togethers. You can light the wood burning stove in the winter and all eight of you will have a soft comfortable seat around the fire. You can also play any of the board games that are supplied at the big dining room table. Alternatively you can fire up the BBQ and sit outside in the south facing fully enclosed patio on those sunny days!
