A very luxurious a modern and spacious 3 bedroom and two living room first floor apartment with stunning unobstructed panoramic views of the Wild Atlantic over the East Bay of the Royal Portrush Golf Course, the White Rocks Beach, the Giant’s Causeway and the Skerrie Islands.
You can sit for hours watching the ever changing sea and views. Binoculars provided.
You are only 12 minutes’ walk to the Royal Portrush Golf course, 5 minutes’ walk to two amazing blue flag beaches, the harbour, world-renowned Harbour Bar and the Ramore complex of Restaurants. The Giant’s Causeway and Bushmills Distillery are only 10-15 minutes’ drive away.

You are at the Gateway to the Causeway Coastline with 5 more links golf courses 10 minutes away. We are just an hour’s drive from Belfast, the Titanic Museum and the Walled City of Derry. A perfect location for touring Northern Ireland without the hassle of moving accommodation.
Your location is very central on Lansdowne Crescent in the first floor of a classic building of the grand 1900’s style only 100m from the rugged shore and the tiny Portandoo Harbour for canoes, SUP and small craft.

The apartment has been completely remodelled and modernised to meet today’s expectations for 5 star luxurious living. The living and dining area is a large open plan space with large windows overlooking the shore. There is comfortable seating for 7 and dining chairs for 10. The large kitchen with breakfast bar is open to the living area giving a great feeling of space. The kitchen is fully equipped to provide fine dining for ten with glassware, crockery, cutlery and service bowls to match.

The master bedroom is ensuite with a super-king-sized bed, bedroom two is a double room and bedroom three is a twin room, these are served by a separate bathroom.
There is a small Snug/TV day room with bed settee to give chill space or a 4th independent bedroom for four friends/golfers travelling together who prefer not to share a room.
