Modern and stylishly furnished 3 bedroom house with ensuite. Enclosed rear garden, private parking, located in a quiet and secure area, suitable for children. Accommodation comprises of large open plan kitchen and dining for up to five persons, patio doors leading to garden area with garden furniture and barbeque. Utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer and ironing facilities. Downstairs WC. Spacious living room with widescreen TV/DVD player and a real fire for those winter breaks. A master bedroom with double bed and ensuite. 2 other bedrooms; double with single bunk and single room. Ideally situated to explore local attractions and play on championship golf courses.

Please note that our sister property the 'Admiral' which is situated about 50m away can be booked together for larger family groups.
