This spectacular built apartment offers excellent living accommodation. Situated in the heart of Portrush and within walking distance of all local amenities, ideal for those seeking a luxury holiday apartment. Uninterrupted sea views over the Atlantic to the Skerries and White Rocks, also along the coast to the Giant’s Causeway. This complex is completed to an exceptionally high specification which has the benefit of secure underground car parking, lift facilities and a communal roof garden. This modern two bedroom apartment which comfortably sleeps 4 has an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, gas cooker and all essential equipment that may be required. The apartment has gas central heating. Also available are ironing board, iron and hair dryer. For entertainment use, a PS2 and mini hi-fi system with iPod docking station are also provided. WiFi is also available.

The master bedroom has built in units for extra storage, king-size bed, TV and en suite with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the main bathroom is fitted with a Jacuzzi jet bath
