This affordable chalet bungalow, sleeping up to 8 people, is in ideal location for family holidays and other groups including golfers, surfers, walkers, family pets, weekend breaks and attending local weddings in the area. Only a 5 minute drive to Portrush town centre.

Full facilities include a sitting room leading to large sunroom with patio doors, large bright kitchen, 4 roomy bedrooms, garage and patio with spacious garden. Two downstairs bedrooms twin and double, one en-suite and separate bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs twin and double share a shower room. Ample parking.

Bungalow has 2 televisions with freeview, dvd and video player, radio and cd player.

Beaches
The two main Portrush beaches are only five minutes drive from the bungalow and the Portstewart Beach about fifteen minutes drive.

Coleraine and the University of Ulster at Coleraine are only a 10 minute drive away for those attending special events at the university ie New Horizon, Milk Cup Football tournament etc.

Golfers
This is an ideal base for golfers, with the major golf courses a short distance away. Royal Portrush (5 minutes), the Valley, Portrush(5 minutes), Portstewart (10 minutes), Castlerock (20 minutes) and Ballycastle (30 minutes).

Surfers
Surfers: here the best surfing beaches are on your doorstep, with two main Portrush beaches only a 5 minute drive away. The large garage will accommodate your surf boards.

Wedding guests: this acccommodating house will ensure you can spend a happy time with all the family at an affordable price.

Walkers
Ideal for walkers, with central location and the Giant's Causeway only 8 miles away.
