Lovely, two bedroom, first floor apartment situated in the popular sea side town of Portrush. The property is very central and has full sea- views. It is within easy reach of all shops, bars, restaurants and shops, a two minute walk will take you right into the centre of town.

There are two good sized double bedrooms, one with en-suite with shower, and a family bathroom. The kitchen/ dining/ living room is open planned and has sea- views. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and all utensils. The apartment also has Sky TV, WiFI and a Sony Playstation 3.

The apartment has private parking, which is accessed from Mark Street via a fob. Mark Street is a quiet part of Portrush so road noise is minimal.
