About

A very beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1st floor apartment in a private gated development in Portrush.

A few hundred yards away is the West Strand promenade and from here it is an easy 10-minute walk along the beautiful beach into Portrush town centre. Portrush is a small seaside town, offering a number of restaurants, cafes, shops and bars set on a mile-long peninsula, together with 3 sandy beaches.

Portstewart is 4 miles from the property. Its harbour and scenic coastal paths form an Atlantic promenade leading to 2 miles of golden strand. The property is located 1.2 miles from Royal Portrush Golf Course and only moments away from Dhu Varren railway station and public bus service. The apartment offers spectacular views of The North West 200 during race week as the veranda is facing and only a few metres from the race circuit, located between Church Corner and Black Hill.
