About

5 bed town house positioned a ten minute walk from Royal Portrush Golf Course and beside the East Strand Beach and the water-sport centre where surfing is very popular.

It is an ideal place for children to enjoy the sandy beach of the east strand, without crossing the street. The house can accommodate 2 families and sleeps 10. Sorry we don't take groups. This is family only letting.

The reception room upstairs has uninterrupted views of beach and sea on east strand, with a sit out balcony. There is an open plan kitchen living room downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the necessary utensils and crockery. House also contains a utility room with washing machine, and a toilet and shower room at the back door. There is a bathroom on first floor with shower over the bath. There are 5 double bedrooms, 2 with bunk beds and 3 with double beds. each bedroom has sinks. Free internet access, T.V. and DVD player. Some DVDs supplied. This is strictly a non smoking house and no pets.

A few minutes walk to town centre, west strand, Harbour and Royal Portrush and Rathmore Golf Clubs, and of course Barry’s amusements. The three sandy beaches, West Strand, East Strand and White Rocks were all awarded the blue flag.

The bus and train station are a 5 minute walk. Bus to Portstewart which is close by and on to Coleraine. Train to Coleraine for connections to Belfast and then on to Dublin or the train to Londonderry/Derry. The train journey to Londonderry/Derry goes along the side of the sea. Michael Palin described this journey between Londonderry and Coleraine as “one of the most beautiful rail journeys in the world”. Londonderry is steeped in history.

The North Coast, Dunluce Castle, Giant's Causeway and Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge are only a short drive away. Belfast International Airport is 50 miles away.
