A five bedroom, semi detached town house located in the ever popular seaside town of Portstewart. The property is in good decorative throughout. Located off Mill Road you are within easy walking distance to local bus stops and can reach Portstewart, Portrush and Coleraine within ten minutes, The property is within close convenience to a wide selection of local amenities including shops, bars, restaurants Portstewart promenade, Portstewart Golf Club and the Strand Beach.  Portstewart and Porstewart Stand are within walking distance.

The house has a fully kitted kitchen and dining area perfect for the whole family to enjoy at once. There is also patio doors leading out into a small patio area. The kitchen/ dining area is open plan and there is also a utility room with a washing machine. The lounge area is cosy and perfect for relaxing in after a busy day of exploring the North Coast, Flat screen TV present.

There is a downstairs w/c as well as 2 family bathrooms and an ensuite shower room. 

The property consists of five double bedrooms (all of which have kingsize duvets). 

The property benefits from off street parking and has a driveway.

Monday- Monday in summer 2022.  £745/week.  Bed linen and towels £75 extra
