This is an attractive cottage style house offering an open plan living, cooking and dining area on the first floor. Generous bedroom accommodation on the ground floor - provides accommodation for up to five people. Private parking for two cars and an enclosed rear patio with charcoal BBQ, table and chairs, make this an attractive base for a family holiday.
Features include gas fired central heating, well appointed kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and a gas operated open fire. The house also comes equipped with television, CD and DVD player.
This property is located just a short walk from Sweeney’s Restaurant and Bayview Hotel and is a mere stroll to a variety of beautiful beaches.

Bedroom accommodation includes:
• A master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and sink
• A twin room with, wardrobe, bedside table and sink
• A generous single room with an additional ‘visitor’ style pull-out under-bed.
• A large sofa bed in the living area provides additional bed space if required.
The modern kitchen comes equipped with:
• Fridge/freezer
• Microwave
• Dishwasher
• Washing machine
• All necessary cooking equipment
For those travelling with young children a stair gate, high chair and travel cot are all provided.
Off road parking is available for two cars and a private patio is equipped for barbeques and outdoor eating. A lockable shed is available for storing bikes, golf clubs or other sports gear.
