To make your visit easy, there is a key safe outside the property (the property has a blue door - and a number outside it, there is no number 13 so don't count houses.)
The Key safe code by the front door will be sent to you when you book.
The property is in a nice private development of 14 town houses. It is light and spacious.
Within 5-10 minutes walk in either direction, there is a filling station which sells groceries. The property is situated on a modern development. A bus stop is within close proximity to the property which can transport you to Portrush, Coleraine or beyond. If you like walking, golf, canoeing, fishing, attending The Convention - (Keswick at Portstewart) or New Horizons - this might be the house for you.
All of the beds are freshly made up prior to your stay. For longer stays, the cleaner will come in on a Friday or Saturday and refresh laundry.
The cleaner will use the key in the key safe to gain access, it is also the emergency key for the managing agent - so it is vital it is returned. There are keys in each bedroom door, so please replace the key in the key safe.
